we moved a couple of days ago to a totally new area.
the cat we had seemed to be getting used to the new place, though she was hiding alot.
she would burrow herself under the sofa cushions or under our blankets.
We had a cat we loved dearly. A friend volunteered to watch him while we were on vacation she lived across town from us and when we returned we found out he had escaped thru an open window and we searched for him but couldn't find him. he had tags, three months later we got a call and he was found and he continued with us for 17 more years.
so don't give up a surprise could be out there.

i'm very interested in archeology but the problem is all the different opinions about a certain find. There's always several different scientists all with credentials having their own agendas reaching different conclusions.
It's disturbing to me because i love it when they find stuff its another piece of the puzzle. you have to be careful about what to believe in so many arenas

I didn't think of it as being the end but i definately felt compasstion for those in the buildings who had time to think about their life and families and make last minute calls and those who received them. It was an emotionally charged situation that seemed to keep unfolding.
ali is home and undergoing further treatment for congestive heart failure.
she has a bi-ventricular pacemaker and a defibrilator (sp?
) they believe the heart failure was caused by a virus that damaged the heart muscle.

i was going to post a 'welcome' message for all the new people who may have got a computer for christmas and are making their first forray into the online world.. of course, not many jws are going to be getting a computer or much else for christmas right?.
kinda-strange for me to forget about such a big thing like that eh?!
it's pretty good though to have moved on so that the jw indoctrinated mindset isn't the first thing that springs to mind.. hope you're all having a great christmas and wherever you are in the recovery process that you feel a little bit better today than you did yesterday, more free and relaxed than you did last year and looking forward to your new life in 2011.. there's going to be lots of changes coming for this site hopefully in the next week or so and probably continuing over the next year.
